Pickled Sweet Peppers
6ea Mixed sweet peppers
1ea Clove garlic
1.5c Apple cider vinegar
1.5c filtered water
This is super easy, fast and a great way to store your peppers for winter.
Start by removing the seeds and slicing the peppers into nice slices and put into a jar with one peeled clove of garlic.
Now get a bowl and measure out your vinegar, water, and salt and whisk to dissolve. Pour vinegar over the peppers, making sure they are covered and put a lid on and let it sit out for four to five days or when the texture is to your liking and refrigerate.
That’s it put them on sandwiches or make them into a relish, so many possibilities!
