If you're not making salad with your cabbage, you're doing it wrong.
It's as simple as it gets: slice it thin and use your favorite dressing!

Dressing ingredients:
- White balsamic with olive oil
- Sea salt
- Fresh cracked pepper
- Splash of rice vinegar
Optional additions:
- cucumber and/or sugar snap peas
- basil
- scapes
